Andrea Joy Cook, popularly called A.J. Cook is a well-known Canadian actor. Cook is most well-known because of her part as Jennifer Jareau in CBS's crime drama Criminal Minds, where she portrays a Supervisory Agent. From 2005 on, the show has run for 13 seasons. Cook was raised in Oshawa In Ontario, Canada. She's always been interested to perform. On the TV show Goosebumps which she was a part of, she played only a minor role in the beginning of her professional career. In 1999, she made her debut in the film The Virgin Suicides. It was however not a huge success. The actress began to appear as a leading actress in the Canadian-American drama Higher Ground the following year. In the following years, she was spotted on the drama about police officers Criminal Minds which earned her many fans and a great deal of success.
