Yvonne De Carlo (1922-2007) was an actress from Canada. Canadian born American actress. Over the course of her six-decade career the films she appeared in were prominently featured in the 50s. She played her most well-known roles in films, like Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna the wife of Moses (Charlton Heston) in The Ten Commandments and Amantha in Band of Angels starring Clark Gable. De Carlo was offered the part of Lily Munster in the CBS Television series The Munsters, alongside Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis.
