Alyson Rae stoner is an American performer, actress and dancer. The roles in their films include Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and the Step Up franchise. Alyson got her first break as the cohost of Mike's Super Short Show on Disney Channel. The show was a hit with those of a certain age group with Missy Elliott Work It's Little Pigtailed Dancer at age seven. Alyson Stoner, born on 11 August 1993 is an American vocalist, actress, choreographer, actress dancer and model who played the role of Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and currently voices Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, as well as Jenny on Phineas and Ferb. Her previous roles included Sally, Mike's Super Short Show.. And now, she's written about her 'four-year vegan/plant-based' lifestyle in an Instagram post. Stoner has stated that she doesn't 'tell individuals what they need to take care of their own health'. She wanted to show how her physical and mental health had improved since ditching animals' products.
